I owned this piece and loved it and when it broke I was devastated it was a favorite piece. I was excited to find it at Etsy and the seller was prompt in sending me a replacement server at a reasonable price. It was carefully packed and in perfect condition.

This was a gift and my friend loved it. The customer service was great, all my questions were answered.

This purchase brought me much joy. The figures of the nativity were beautifully crafted, and some matched the figures of the creche my parents had bought over 70 years ago. The packing was excellent, the seller, conscientious and kind - even refunding some money as shipping had cost less than expected - and it was mailed almost immediately. I plan to buy a few more figures if possible.
